The cost to attend the conference is as follows:

  • OCASI Member Agencies in the GTA (The GTA includes Halton, Peel, York and Durham Regions): $200
  • OCASI Member Agencies Outside of the GTA: $350
  • Non-Member Agencies: $400


Full payment is required in order to receive your registration package which will be provided upon check-in at the OCASI Registration Desk at the hotel.

Payments by cheque are due by Monday October 2nd, 2017. Make cheques payable to “OCASI - Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants”, and include a copy of your registration invoice with your payment.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received before Monday, October 2nd, 2017.

If you have registered, but find you are unable to attend the conference, please inform Felicia Christmas before Monday, October 2nd, 2017 at [email protected]

After October 2nd, 2017, refunds will NOT be issued, even if you do not attend the conference.
