    Lucila Spigelblatt is the Deputy Executive Director at the Catholic Immigration Centre in Ottawa She has significant experience negotiating and managing contracts, grants and contribution agreements. Lucila has a realistic understanding of the constraints and opportunities in the settlement sector and a passionate dislike for excessive paperwork.
