Outcome based performance measurement is foundational to CIC’s Modernized Approach. How does that change what is required of you as a front-line worker? Through a combination of lecture, case study and interactive exercises, this workshop will move you from theory to the concrete processes and practices required to successfully implement and monitor your outcomes at both an individual and program level. Based on best practices, all participants will be encouraged in session to apply the methodology to their every day work.
